Thank you for your reply well I give her panadol at night her fever was 38.8 it was the highest I waited for some 30 minutes to see if it didn’t went down I was going to doctor but luckily it start dropping still she has fever

Make sure she gets enough milk. When baby is sick it is important she drinks a lot. Then you can also give her medicine: first panadol, then after 4h burana, then after 4h panadol, and so on. There are liquid burana and panadol for babes in the apotech. Dont put too much clothes on her, so the baby dosent start to swet. And stay indoors. If the babys temperature is over 38,5c You should see a doctor.
